Vice Ganda binawi ang apology para sa searchee ng EXpecially For You na si Axel Cruz
Sa isang bahagi ng show na It’s Showtime, ipinaliwanag ni Vice ang dahilan hinggil sa pagbawi ng apology
Wala umanong mali sa ginawa niyang pagcall-out kay Axel
Kamakailan lang naglabas ng pahayag si Vice Ganda sa kanyang X Account hinggil sa nangyari noong May 31,2024 sa segment na “Expecially For you” ng Its Showtime. Ito ay kaugnay sa pag-call out ni niya sa searchee na si Axel Cruz matapos itong magbeso sa searcher na si Christine.
Kahapon June 4, 2024, binawi ni Vice Ganda ang pangakong apology para kay Axel.
Ayon kay Vice, “Gusto ko pong sabihin na binabawi ko yung tinweet ko na, ‘I will say an apology’. Because I do not need to apologize for what I did.”
“Ito po ang aking paniniwala at paniniwala din namin na hindi namin kinakailangan mag-apologize, because what we did was right!” saad ni Vice.
Dagdag pa ni Vice, pinag-usapan nila ng kanyang mga co-host kasama ng mga psychologists ang hinggil sa pangyayari. Maging ang searchee na si Axel at searcher na si Christine ay naroon rin sa nasabing meeting.
Sa nangyaring pag-uusap, nalinawan ang lahat ng sangkot na walang mali sa naging reaksyon ni Vice at ng ibang cohosts.
Inamin din umano sa kanila ni Christine na nailang ito sa ginawa sa kanya ni Axel.
Napilitan lamang umano si Christine na maglabas ng statement sa tiktok na hindi siya na-off. Kung ano man ang dahilan nito ay hindi na umano nila sasabihin.
“Nirerespeto namin ang dahilan ni Christine kung bakit sinabi nya yon na hindi sya na off, when in reality na off talaga sya… And since na off si Christine, naniniwala ako na hindi mali na kinall out namin si Axel.
“Dahil karapatan ng isang babae na tumanggi o umalma kung para sakanya, sa pakiwari niya ay hindi sya komportable sa ikikilos ng sinuman sa harapan nya,” sabi ni Vice.
“Then imagine kung may ganon pangyayari na merong boundary na natapakan, pero wala kaming ginawa iko-call out din po kami at bilang main host po ng segment na yon, it was my duty to call that action out,” dagdag pa ni Vice
