In a series of posts on X, the superstar aired how furious he is because of the delayed flight and overbooking problems they have encountered as they are bound to Manila.

“Alam nyo ba kung gaanong stress ang idinudulot nyo sa pasaherong di nakakasakay sa binook at binayaran nyang flyt? May damdamin pa ba kayo ng malasakit para sa pasahero? Pera pera?” says the superstar comedian in a post.

He slammed the service of the airline and swears the bad experience it caused them ultimately affected their vacation as a whole. Based on the posts he shared, he is with Ion Perez and they are bound to go home.

The airline responded to the post immediately. They addressed the concerns of the comedian and apologized for the “disruption and inconvenience” that happened amid what could have been “a joyful journey”.

The statement reflected that the complaints about overbooking will not go unnoticed.

In another reply, the airline explained certain matters. According to them, the flight was not overbooked. As it happened, two business class seats were found to be “unserviceable due to safety concerns” making them “unfit for passenger use”.

“As a result, you were among the passengers offered a seat downgrade to economy class, a decision made to ensure safety and the operational integrity of the flight,” it added.

In an update, two passengers have already agreed to the downgrade offer which allowed them to their originally booked seats.

Meanwhile, many people also share the same sentiments as the comedian as they have suffered the same bad experience with this airline. There were also those who were amused by how fast they were when it came to responding to big and famous personalities.

Some people online aired that they could have just improved their service and system instead of making excuses and downplaying their passenger’s bad experiences as an inconvenience.
