In the recent It’s Showtime episode, Vice Ganda meets his Kalokalike.

Comedian superstar Vice Ganda and his Kalokalike share a touching moment in It’s Showtime on Wednesday.

During the October 16 episode of It’s Showtime, ABS-CBN comedian superstar Vice Ganda and his impersonator named Deja met. The moment started as a laugh-out-loud impersonation but it ended with Deja shedding some tears.

Kalokalike is back in Showtime for its fourth season. On its first episode, Carlo Yulo Kalokalike won and several other Kalokalikes of famous  celebrities also went viral.

Deja is the recent Kalokalike of the comedian to grace the show and everyone was entertained. He was able to make the madlang people erupt in cheers the first moment he was revealed. With the blonde wig and the similar clothing pieces, everyone knew right away. Also, Deja was the first impersonator of Vice in this segment’s fourth season.

In their moment, the two had an interaction that made many people laugh. They talked to each other as if they are each other’s reflection but what started as a fun time turned touching, especially to the part of the Kalokalike.

The real Vice expressed a heartfelt statement about happiness and self-love and this moved Deja.

The impersonator teared up sharing that the superstar was his role model growing up. As much as we all know, Vice is one of the well-loved personalities representing their community in mainstream media.

“This is such a dream come true for me. I love you so you’re my icon, my diva, my legend, my myth,” said Deja. He added that seeing Vice on TV impacted him largely, especially when he was still young and still figuring out his true identity. But seeing him and knowing his story, he knew he was not alone.

Deja is the winner of “Drag Den Philippines”. He won earlier this year.
