Vice Ganda admitted that Ion Perez, aka Kuya Escort, was one of those who visited him when he was confined for three days due to intestinal flu.
Yesterday, July 4, Vice was able to rejoin the ABS-CBN noontime show It’s Showtime.
Vice thanked the show’s staff for visiting him in the hospital.
“Thanks to Ryan Bang for taking care of me in the hospital,” Vice said, referring to co-host Ryan.
Vice’s co-host Vhong Navarro teased: “Who else besides Ryan?”
“Ion went to see me,” Vice said with a sweet smile.
He even joked, “Ion surprised me, I was sleeping and I was also given an injection!”
Because of Vice’s seemingly double-meaning, Vhong and their other co-host Anne Curtis turned away in laughter.
Vice said with a laugh, “You like that, ‘and then you suddenly turn your back?!”
Anne replied evasively, “No… did he give you a tulip too?”
Vice pointed to Ion again, “He brought me a ginataan. ‘Oh, that’s right, it’s forbidden!
“Because I had diarrhea at the time. I had intestinal flu.”
Vhong then pointed out that the ginataan Ion brought to Vice was also from It’s Showtime.
Vice laughed and agreed, “That’s right, I watched it on iWant TV. ‘Is this what he brought earlier?’
“That’s great, but thank you very much.”
This matches Ion’s Instagram Story where he took a selfie in a hospital room with Ryan Bang.
