Known for their on-screen chemistry as the popular love team “KathNiel,” the couple’s separation has been a topic of discussion among fans and celebrities alike.

Yun lang, yung damdamin ko bilang malapit sa kanilang dalawa, bilang fan nilang dalawa. Malungkot ako.”

He stated, “Parang hindi yata normal kung magiging masaya tayo na nakikitang may dalawang taong malungkot. Dalawang tao na dating masaya, tapos ngayon hindi na masaya sa piling ng isa’t isa.”
