Vice Ganda and Ion Perez became a trending topic these past few days because of their cake scene on It’s Showtime
Celebrity couple Vice Ganda and Ion Perez did this amid the issue with the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) due to their alleged “inappropriate” gesture on It’s Showtime.
To recall, during the Isip Bata segment of the Kapamilya noontime show, Vice and Ion had a sweet moment when they ate the icing. They received criticism as allegedly they are insinuating intimacy.
Because of this, MTRCB summoned the producer of the show. This did not sit well with the fans of It’s Showtime.

There were those who called out MTRCB chairwoman Lala Sotto to make her father, EAT host Tito Sotto, explain the moment when he kissed his wife Helen Gamboa on her lips during the show.
With this, there were netizens who said that the chairwoman is being unfair and she was criticized about this matter.
Amid the issue, Vice Ganda, as of this writing has not spoken. The management of the Kapamilya noontime show has not released a statement yet regarding this issue.
However, amid the recent controversy, Vice and Ion did something that caught the attention of their fans. The Unkabogable Star shared a photo of him and his partner on Twitter with the caption: “Labing labing muna!!! Rampa!”
It can be seen that they have their passports on the table and apparently, they are set to travel abroad. In the comment section of his post, Vice received support and heart-warming messages from netizens.
