Kapamilya superstar Vice Ganda is sad over the split of Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla as these two are close to him in real life.
What has rocked the entertainment lately is the confirmed split of Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla. After 1 1 years of being together as a love team and real-life partner, the pair confirmed the story that have been surrounding them.
In the statement of Daniel about the split, he expressed, “Thank you for dancing with me during my highs and thank you for singing with me during my lows. Our lives may drift away, but our love will still ride that tide.”
Among those who was saddened by this screen superstar Vice Ganda. The comedian is close to both Kathryn and Daniel and he is sad over this event. The “It’s Showtime” host was asked about the high-profile separation and until now, as a fan and their close friend, it makes him sad.
“I’m sad. Until now I am sad. Yung damdamin ko bilang malapit sa kanilang dalawa, bilang fan nilang dalawa, yon malungkot,” the comedian said. He believes that this sadness is just normal just like how many people have felt when they confirmed their separation.
He added, “Parang hindi yata normal na magiging masaya tayo na nakikitang may dalawang taong malungkot.”
What he could just wish for them is peace, healing, and joy. He would like to see the both of them happy again and whater way they choose in coping up, it must be supported.
Meanwhile, Kathryn’s new look sporting an orange hair has caught lot of social media attention. This was her first post after the breakup confirmation.
As a love team, Bernardo and Padilla rose to fame as the loveteam KathNiel and they are both managed by Star Magic, the talent agency by ABS-CBN.
