In a previous article, a video of Vice Ganda allegedly disrespecting Karylle in their noontime show It’s Showtime surfaced. This created a commotion online and Kuya Kim Atienza, a former host of the show, reacted to it.

He expressed that Karylle has a “kind soul” seemingly defending her and netizens also spotted his intriguing social media activities. Following the loud buzz, netizens found that he was liking negative comments about the superstar comedian.

After his comment, Vice made an intriguing statement the following day. The comedian said, “Yes, trending din siya. Nakuha niya yung gusto niya. Ikaw talaga Kuya!”

And now, speaking about their friendship and relationship now following all these, Kuya Kim revealed that he and Vice are actually still friends.

He then explained that what people assumed when he liked the posts was just a misunderstanding and he believes that in social media, it’s easy to misunderstand certain things.

“Vice and I are friends, magkaibigan kami. Misunderstood lang siguro,” he said. According to a report from PEP, he revealed that they have already talked and appealed to not make a big fuss about it anymore.

Vice, on the other hand, admitted that he was “sablay” when he did it to Karylle. He believes that he was at fault but he and Karylle have talked about it. They are staying in the same dressing room and got the chance to talk about what happened.

“Di daw sya naoffend when i asked her. But i still apologized. So to simplify WE ARE OK,” Vice said.
