Alden Richards Clarifies Rumor He’s Courting Kathryn Bernardo

Alden Richards talked about the connection between him and Kathryn Bernardo

Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards clarified the rumor that he is courting Asia’s Superstar Kathryn Bernardo.

Alden and Kathryn were seen together more frequently after the actress invited the actor to her private birthday celebration. Eventually, it was confirmed that a sequel to their first movie together Hello, Love, Again in 2019 was happening.

 

While they are filming for Hello, Love, Again, rumors have been circulating that Alden was already courting Kathryn. Rumor has it that the actress’s family was even in favor of him as her suitor.

With the sweetness that they have, KathDen fans have been speculating about the real score between them. In a past interview, Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards admitted that they really became closer to each other.

In a recent episode of Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Alden said that he appreciated the opportunity to work with ABS-CBN, Star Cinema, and Kathryn Bernardo back in 2019. He added that they never expected the outcome of that project five years ago.

The actor admitted that they were worried what could be the outcome of the second movie but they have high hopes. Alden is also confident about the quality of the project that they created.

 

During the interview, Alden was also asked if he was ready for love. He said that he is ready to fall in love again and get out of his comfort zone. The actor added that he is not “exploring love.”

Talking about love, Alden said that for him, “Love is something that makes you feel good, and I don’t want to be too mental about it. Coming from all the things that I’ve experienced […], sometimes hindi ko mapigilan ko but to overthink about [love] and think about it too much.”

When he asked about Kathryn Bernardo, Alden Richards clarified that he was not courting her. He said that both of them want to cherish what they have now.

For now, the actor said that he does not want to rush whatever he and Kathryn have been experiencing. He also said that the actress has all the time in the world now to try new things.

“Right now, we are just very blessed with this opportunity that we have right now and the friendship that we have right now is deep and special…” the Kapuso actor said.
