Megastar Sharon Cuneta has this comment when asked about the reconciliation rumors surrounding former lovers KC Concepcion and Aly Borromeo.

Years ago, Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion’s daughter KC Concepcion and former Azkals team captain Aly Borromeo used to date. However, in 2018, the KC-Aly split was confirmed. He was close to her family, especially to her mother Megastar Sharon Cuneta who has this term of endearment for him: her “son-out-law”.

KC expressed before that she was open to rekindling a romance with him. Everything was smooth and well between them when they were still together and even their families were supportive of them except for the timing.

She said, “If the stars choose to align us together again in the future, then why not? Who knows what will happen then. Timing is everything. As for me, I’ve decided to fully support him at the same time move on and spread my wings.”

Last year, there were rumors about KC and Aly to be dating again but this was not confirmed. In an interview, her Megastar mother was asked about this. However, she was evasive about the matters regarding her daughter’s love life.

The Megastar said, “I think we should ask KC. She’s old na, e.”

This was just her drawing the line of respect for her daughter’s privacy and her intention to not betray her trust. She believes that it’s not her place to narrate stories that are not hers.

“She’s a full-fledged adult. You can ask her. She’d be happy to tell you. But I don’t think it’s my place to talk about her personal stuff,” she added.

The last boyfriend of Concepcion was Mike Wuethrich.
