Sanya Lopez and Jillian Ward joined the It’s Showtime family

Kapuso stars Sanya Lopez and Jillian Ward are among the Sparkle artists who celebrated with It’s Showtime for its launch on GMA Network.

The Kapamilya noontime show officially started airing on the Kapuso network on April 6. It was a big celebration as it was also a birthday celebration for Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda.

Many Kapuso stars celebrated with the It’s Showtime family and the Madlang People. The big celebration became a trending topic on social media.

Following the big celebration of this historic partnership with GMA and the Kapamilya noontime show, Sanya Lopez and Jillian Ward shared their experience of sharing the same screen with ABS-CBN artists. The hashtag #ShowtimeSanibPwersa was trending on X as netizens talked about this.

In an interview, based on the article in GMA, Jillian highlighted the good rapport between the two networks now.

“Sino po ang mag-aakala na ang It’s Showtime pupunta po dito sa GMA and nakakatawa kasi puwede na mag-collaborate talaga ang GMA at ABS. Isang pamilya na po talaga tayo, no more network war,” the young actress said.

Sanya Lopez expressed that she is honored to be part of this memorable moment in the history of noontime shows in the Philippines. “Nakakatuwa na maging part ka ng isang ganitong klaseng show na talagang makakapagpasaya sa ibang tao,” she said.

Other celebrities who joined the celebration were Gabbi Garcia, Chanty of Lapillus, Christian Bautista, Jake Vargas, Glaiza De Castro, Mikee Quintos, and Mark Bautista. They played in It’s Showtime’s segment called “KARAOKIDS.”

Miss Universe 2023 Michelle Dee, who is also a talent of the Kapuso network, was featured in the dating segment Expecially For You. One of the candidates was Sparkle host Martin Javier. Michelle chose Cebu-based lawyer Oliver Moeller as her date.
