Ogie Diaz makes revelations about Vice Ganda
Comedian-talent manager Ogie Diaz revealed something about the contract of Unkabogable Star with ABS-CBN and the meeting that he has with Direk Bobot Mortiz who is now in GMA-7.
Vice and Ogie are close friends. When the It’s Showtime host started his career in mainstream media, the comedian-talent manager was the one who managed his career. Over the years, their friendship was strengthened and until now they still value each other as close friends.

On the May 23 Showbiz Update vlog of Ogie Diaz, one of the topics that he discussed with Mama Loi was the meeting that Vice Ganda had with Direk Bobot Mortiz. This created speculations that the Kapamilya comedian-host will transfer to the Kapuso network.
Ogie revealed that the said meeting happened because a producer of Vice’s Dubai show wanted to meet Vice and Direk Bobot also want to him. The meeting was about the supposed show that Vice will have in Dubai this was postponed because the King of Dubai passed away and shows are not allowed for the next 40 days.

Because of this, the show of Vice in the said country will take place in August instead of the initial plan because he will still a US concert tour in July. Then, Ogie Diaz was asked if what is the status now of Vice’s contract with ABS-CBN.
The comedian-talent manager said that the contract of Vice Ganda with the Kapamilya has already ended four years ago. For the Unkabogable Star, the contract is no longer needed because he is still in It’s Showtime.
“Ayaw na rin daw niya ng kontrata dahil ok naman daw siya na may Showtime siya. Kung may bagong show, eh di doon na lang mag-alok uli ng panibagong contract for that show,” Ogie Diaz shared.
