Kris Aquino took to social media for her latest health update.
On Instagram on Sunday, the Queen of All Media revealed that she is now battling six autoimmune diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis.
Kris added that during her hospitalization, her white blood cells dropped, and she experienced a bad allergic reaction to an antibiotic.
“What did that mean [is] wala na akong panlaban sa kahit anong viral or bacterial infection,” she said. “I’m now in isolation.”
“So many rules for family and friends na gusto akong dalawin. Yes, it’s lonely,” she added.
Despite all her health struggles, Kris said she refuses to give up.
“I refuse to disappoint all those praying for me,” she said.
“Ayokong maisip nyo na binalewala ko yung time and effort niyo because your compassion has deeply touched my heart,” she added.
Kris also thanked the team of doctors at Makati Medical Center who helped her during her hospital admission, including her special someone, Dr. Mike Padlan.
“Pinangalanan ko na po siya,” she said.
Kris ended her post with the hashtags #BawalSumuko and #TuloyAngLaban.
In September, Kris returned to the Philippines after staying for two years in the United States to get treatment for her multiple autoimmune conditions.
