Pagkatapos ng tagumpay ng serye ay nasundan pa ito ng PH adaptation ng “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim” na originally ay South Korean series.
Dahil sa pumatok na tambalan ng dalawa ay may nakalinya na ring pelikula ang KimPau.
Malakas ang chemistry at pumatok sa madla, iniisip na rin ng fans na may secret relationship na ang dalawa lalo’t single nakan daw sila pareho.
