Something new for Kim Chiu!

Recently, a famous drink brand launched and introduced their newest calendar girl. This was done at an event held at the Lucio Tan Jr. Center in Pasay on November 20. The Kapamilya actress marks another badge under her belt as this was something she did for the first time.

During her launch, she wore a white bralette top and skirt with high-heeled knee-high boots. She strutted the stage like a Victoria’s Secret model and to complete the look, she also had wings and marched to the tune of Lisa’s New Woman. 

Previously, Julie Anne San Jose was introduced as the calendar girl of Ginebra and Kim is the calendar girl for Tanduay.

For the Kapamilya star, this is another milestone in her career. She even expressed that this was not something she imagined would be possible during her early times in the industry but now, she just did and she is embracing this new opportunity.

“It’s something brave that I did this year. They think it’s about time for me to do this, and I embraced it—parang in-enjoy ko na every step of the journey,” she said. She is also surprised that she was able to pull it off but, at the same time, she is grateful.

In terms of preparation, she did things that conditioned her body and mind. She, especially, prepared for this mentally as this was not something she was used to doing. The actress accepted this opportunity with the intention to offer something new to her supporters and to also experience something new.

“Lahat, kabado talaga ako,” she revealed.

Reflecting on this experience, she shared that it is empowering. It is her way of self-love, breaking barriers, embracing confidence, and celebrating every step of my journey.
