The teaser of the highly anticipated Philippine adaptation of the hit South Korean series “What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim” finally dropped! The PH adaptation of this series stars Kapamilya artists Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino on the leads.

On Monday, a 30-second teaser of its first episode has been released. Starting this March, the series will be available in Viu, a streaming platform.

Secretary Kim and Mr. Vice-Chairman are the roles played by Kim and Paulo, respectively. Originally, South Korean stars Park Min-young and Park Seo-joon portrayed the said characters.

The teaser showed Avelino as the “perfect boss” who needs a “perfect secretary”. When Secretary Kim made him aware of her decision to resign, it left him begging her: “Don’t leave me, please.”

In the original series, the story of Secretary and Mr. Vice-Chairman started when she finally decided to resign from her position as his secretary. This turned Mr. Vice-Chairman’s life and thoughts upside down as to what could have gone wrong that made her leave. Her quitting as his secretary left him puzzled but as he navigates in a life without her, that’s when something bloomed unexpectedly.

This series with hilarious office antics and swoon-worthy romance hooked million of viewers. In the adaptation, more characters will definitely be revealed and the PH adaptation promised to deliver the same kilig and humor but with the local twist.

Jake Cuenca, Janice de Belen, Romnick Sarmenta, Angeline Quinto, Pepe Herrera, Franco Laurel, Yves Flores, Gillian Vicencio, Kaori Oinuma, JC Alcantara, Cai Cortez, Phi Palmos, and Kat Galang are the other personalities completing the cast ensemble of the PH adaptation.
