KC CONCEPCION – The actress-businesswoman recently shared a reel her new photos and people gushed about her slimmer figure.

More than the benefits of having better looks, getting rid of the excess weight can do so much to improve your health. Recently, making rounds online and catching lots of attention is KC Concepcion whose weight loss has been pointed out by many people.

In 2020, KC revealed that her weight gain was because of having Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). This is a hormonal disorder in women and weight gain is one of it’s symptoms. Having excess weight also put her on hold in accepting any showbiz offers.

She felt like her condition, the PCOS, is common in a way, but hardly talked about by many. Apart from the weight gain, this condition causes women to skip menstrual periods and makes it harder for them to get pregnant.

She wanted to get in shape before hopping off to projects. She wanted to be physically fit, get her body tight, look good, and feel good as these are some of the things she wanted to serve the viewers.

May of this year, she started to prioritize to get back in shape and at the same time, managing her jewelry business. Seeing the fruits of hard work, many people noticed the change in her body which is a slimmer figure as seen in the series of photos she shared on her Instagram.

KC is the only child of former married couple Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion. She is living by herself in her place and is managing her business called Avec Moi which she started several years ago.
