On January 29, Monday, Karylle was shocked after Vice Ganda mentioned in “It’s Showtime” segment “Tawag Ng Tanghalan” about her meeting with her ex-boyfriend Dingdong Dantes and his wife Marian Rivera at an event.
The revelation was prompted after Vice Ganda asked the “Tawag Ng Tanghalan” contestant if it been hurt in love.
Their conversation went in on how people react when they know that their ex has a love life.

After that, Vice revealed the encounter between Karylle and Marian.
“Nakasalubong niya [Karylle] sa isang show,”said the TV host-comedian.
“Tapos sabi niya, nakasalubong niya si Marian.”
“Gandang-ganda raw siya kay Marian, kaya bineso niya daw.
“Tapos pagbeso niya, ‘Oy, ang ganda naman.’
“Tapos pagtalikod niya, na-realize niya na ang payapa na raw pala talaga ng puso nila, kasi nagbeso sila, tapos gandang-ganda daw siya kay Marian.”

“Bineso niya si Marian, pero hindi niya nakuwento kung bineso niya si Dingdong,” said Vice.
Karylle replied, “Nag-hi lang ako.”
The name of the event was not mentioned but PEP cited that it happened in the opening of COUTURiSSIMO in Greenbelt 5, Makati City, Friday night, January 26.
Back in 2008, Dingdong and Karylle confirmed calling their relationship quits after 3 years.
From 2007 to March 2008, Dingdong and Marian first met in the teleserye “Marimar” and was linked with each other since then.
Karylle got married with Sponge Cola vocalist Yael Yuzon in March 2014.
After 9 months, Dingdong and Marian also tied the knot in December 2014.
