Just recently, Julie Anne San Jose surprised many showbiz enthusiasts. It is because after she was launched as theΒ 2025 Calendar Girl of Ginebra. In her social media post about this, she said that she is thrilled for this showbiz endeavor and she felt honored to be given this kind of chance.
In a recent interview, based on the article in GMA Entertainment, Julie Anne was asked who inspired her to do this project. βLalayo pa ba ako? Siyempre, kay Ate Marian,β she said about Primetime Queen Marian Rivera.
The singer-actress also mentioned that it was inspiring that Marian became a calendar girl twice and seeing the latterβs layouts and pictures from the calendar shoot really made her feel inspired.
βSo talagang through the years walang nagbago. I mean, sheβs still Marian Rivera. You know, Iβve always loved her, talagang Iβve always looked up to her talaga ever since noong nag-start siya,β Julie Anne shared.

The singer-actress also said that she feels proud of the Primetime Queen because of her movie Balota which gave inspiration to a lot of people, especially the students and teachers. βTalagang nakaka-proud,βΒ the Asiaβs Limitless Star said.
Julie Anne San Jose also said through being a calendar girl, she wants to reach out to the public. She is looking forward to going to different places in the Philippines to spend time with the Ka-Barangays and celebrate with them.
