‘It’s Showtime’ sustains noontime leadership until the culmination of its ‘Magpasikat’ week
The Kapamilya noontime show It’s Showtime continued to dominate the noontime ratings, maintaining a strong lead during its Magpasikat 2024 week.
According to the latest Nielsen NUTAM People survey, It’s Showtime sustained a significant ratings advantage over its rival, EAT…Bulaga, as it wrapped up its week-long celebration marking its 15th anniversary.
On Saturday, October 26, It’s Showtime achieved a rating of 8.1%, placing 8th on the overall Saturday ratings chart. In contrast, EAT…Bulaga scored 3.5%, securing the 13th spot. This day also marked the announcement of the Magpasikat 2024 winners: Team Ogie, Kim, Mc, and Lassy took the grand prize, with Team Jhong, Jackie, and Cianne in second place, and Team Anne, Jugs, and Teddy in third.
Throughout Magpasikat week, It’s Showtime led the ratings race.
On Friday, October 25, It’s Showtime earned an 8.2% rating, 4.1% ahead of EAT…Bulaga, which had a 4.1% rating.
On Thursday, October 24, the show posted an 8.0% rating, outpacing EAT…Bulaga by 3.8%, which scored 4.2%.
Earlier on Wednesday, October 23, It’s Showtime reached its highest rating of the week with 9.1%, while EAT…Bulaga recorded 4.5%.
On Tuesday, October 22, The Kapamilya noontime show rated 7.2%, beating EAT…Bulaga by 3.5%, which had 3.7%.
And finally on Monday, October 21, It’s Showtime opened the week with an 8.2% rating, significantly ahead of EAT…Bulaga, which posted 3.4%.
This strong performance further cemented It’s Showtime’s position as the leading noontime show during its anniversary week.
