Sylvia Sanchez is a protective mother to her kids

Seasoned actress Sylvia Sanchez has this warning to actor Zanjoe Marudo if he will hurt her daughter actress Ria Atayde.

Sylvia is a happy mom when it comes to the love life of her children, Ria and Arjo Atayde. The latter is already engaged to Eat Bulaga host Maine Mendoza. Ria, on the other hand, confirmed early this year her relationship with Zanjoe.

Sylvia is already anticipating the day she would meet her grandchild. She previously shared in that she already bought stuff for her future “apo.”

In a recent interview, based on the article in Pilipino Star Ngayon, Sylvia Sanchez expressed happiness for Ria Atayde and Zanjoe Marudo.

“I am very happy right now. I am in a relationship where I feel valued and where there’s so much mutual respect, mutual admiration. Very much like part of the family I’d say,” the seasoned actress said.

She also said that Ria and Zanjoe do not need to divulge to the public the things about their relationship because it’s already public. “Because it’s already so public. And just to protect it from people’s thoughts and intention. Basta it’s nice to be happy,” the actress said.

Sylvia once again expressed that she is “boto” to Zanjoe as the boyfriend of her daughter. She also said that she can’t ask for more but to see Ria in a good place if she will decide to settle down.

The actress shared that her husband Art Atayde also have good words for Zanjoe. “Sabi nga ng daddy niya, kaya siyang buhayin, kaya siyang pakainin, maaalagaan siya,” she shared.

However, there is only one warning that Sylvia Sanchez expressed. “Isa lang ang takot ko talaga, never kong naranasan sa daddy niya. Siyempre ‘yung anak ko babae, ayoko ‘yung sinasaktan, binugbog, dahil ako mismo bubugbog do’n sa lalaki. ‘Yon lang ‘yon, wish ng nanay ‘yon. Kasi kung sasaktan ‘yung anak ko, hihilingin ko na lang do’n sa lalaki na ibalik sa amin ‘yung anak namin,” she said with a smile.
