Kristel Fulgar has officially introduced her boyfriend, Korean national Suhyuk Ha, to her fans, revealing that their relationship has blossomed after Suhyuk’s conversion to her religion, Iglesia ni Cristo (INC).

In her latest YouTube vlog titled “Finally, my first boyfriend,” Kristel shared intimate details of their love story, including footage of Suhyuk’s baptism, which took almost a year to complete. The couple’s journey to becoming an item wasn’t without challenges, particularly their differing religious beliefs.

In the vlog, Kristel expressed her immense happiness, saying, “Words can’t fully capture the happiness I’m feeling in this moment. I’ve never known a love like this before, it fills me with peace. For the first time, I truly feel whole, as though I’ve finally found the missing piece of my heart.”

Kristel revealed that on Suhyuk’s birthday in January, he asked her to be his girlfriend, but she initially turned him down. She explained, “Despite the growing affection I feel for him, I find myself unable to commit because of our differences in religious beliefs. It hurt both of us but despite the rejection, he remained respectful and patient, waiting for the right time to come.”

After Suhyuk completed his baptism into INC, he asked Kristel again, and this time she said yes. Kristel shared, “The first man I ever said ‘I love you’ to is none other than my first boyfriend.”
