Speculations and rumors surrounding the recent breakup of prominent Kapamilya couple Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla are taking new twists, and this time, they involve Karla Estrada.
Following the official confirmation of the separation of Kathryn and Daniel through their respective Instagram accounts, various narratives about their relationship continue to circulate.
In a recent episode of ‘Showbiz Now Na’ on December 8, showbiz columnist Cristy Fermin disclosed a new storyline suggesting that Karla Estrada, Daniel’s mother, allegedly has financial issues with Kathryn Bernardo’s family.
“May lumutang na kuwento na diumano may utang itong si Karla Estrada sa pamilya ni Kathryn Bernado,” Cristy shared during the episode.
Wendell Alvarez, the co-host, expressed disbelief at the revelation about Karla, stating, “Diyos ko, bakit naman uutangan niya ang pamilya ni Kathryn…’di pa naman magkasama sa isang bahay.”
Fermin added, “Lumaki nang lumaki ang mga kuwento. Hanggang sa kumakalat na rin ngayon na diumano may mga inuutangang kaibigan si Karla Estrada. 2 milyon, 3 milyon. Kaya sabi ng iba, ‘ay, kaya siguro nangungutang ‘to sa iba parab pambayad sa pamilya ni Kathryn’.”
The alleged financial dispute has raised eyebrows, particularly considering Daniel’s substantial earnings in the entertainment industry.
As of now, Karla has not issued any official statement, response, or reaction regarding these rumors.
