Supreme Idol Daniel Padilla reacted to his viral “Hinahanap-hanap Kita” song performance during his birthday celebration.

Aside from acting, Daniel also ventured into music. He has already done shows and concerts in the past. Music was part of his recent 29th birthday celebration. A video clip of him singing the hit song of Rivermaya went viral on social media.

While performing, the Kapamilya sang, “P*tangina may kapiling ka ng iba.” Because of this, it was inevitable for netizens to connect what he sang to his breakup with Asia’s Superstar Kathryn Bernardo and he received negative reactions from the online community.

They announced their breakup on November 30 last year. Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo were together for 11 years as a couple and as loveteam partners for 12 years.

Rumors surfaced after their breakup that the actor was trying to get back with the actress. Just recently, it was rumored that Kathryn’s Hello, Love, Goodbye leading man Alden Richards is already courting her. Allegedly the family of the actress prefers the Kapuso actor as her suitor over A-list actor Jericho Rosales.

In a recent interview, Daniel was asked about his viral song performance. The actor has a short but direct answer to this. TV5’s entertainment reporter MJ Marfori shared a video of Daniel’s interview on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“Ang OA ng mga… masyadong OA ang mga tao,” the Supreme Idol said, adding that he was just enjoying his song performance.
