Gladys Reyes is looking forward to having a chance to work again with Marian Rivera

Prominent “kontrabida” actress Gladys Reyes shared that she wants to be Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera’s antagonist in a project.

Gladys is one of the actresses who many newbie kontrabidas are looking up to. With her portrayal of her antagonist characters, the viewers are commending how effective she is in making the lives of the lead characters miserable.

In a recent interview, based on the article in Pilipino Star Ngayon, Gladys shared her dream project as an antagonist.

The actress shared that she wants to be the kontrabida of Marian Rivera. They already had the chance to work together in the sitcom Jose And Maria’s Bonggang Villa, and Gladys Reyes wants to do a different project in which she would make Marian’s character suffer.

“Ang sarap niyang pahirapan! Ha! Ha! Ha! ‘Yung sasbunutan, ingudngod ang mukha at iba pa. Dream ko ‘yon sa true lang,” Gladys said. She also shared that she witnessed how respectful Marian is.

The prominent kontrabida actress shared that one time, her makeup artist was already fixing her, and she saw in her peripheral vision that Marian was passing by.

“Nagulat ako nang bumalik siya at bumati sa akin. Syempre, natuwa ako sa ginawa niya na marunong magbigay galang sa mas senior sa kanya. I admire her until now kaya ‘pag nagsama kami, ang ligaya ko tiyak!” Gladys said.

Meanwhile, Gladys Reyes shared in a Fast Talk interview just recently that when it comes to dealing with kontrabida in real life, she would just cry. Unlike her strong personality onscreen, she is more emotional behind the camera.
