This is Dingdong Dantes’ reaction when Ryan Bang mentioned the name of Karylle
Dingdong Dantes is currently shooting a movie with Vice Ganda and Richard Gutierrez for their Metro Manila Film Festival entry.
Their movie also includes Ryan Bang who has learned Tagalog very well despite of being a Korean.
During one of their shooting schedules, Dingdong had a great time talking with Ryan, based on the article published in Abante.

Since Ryan is now fluent in speaking Tagalog, the Kapuso Primetime King was amazed.
It was also said that everyone on the set was in a happy mood as the Korean was telling stories.
In line with his fluency in speaking Tagalog, Dingdong asked if how and to whom he learned so well.
Without hesitation, Ryan answered: Kay Ate Kaye (Karylle).”
To recall, Dingdong Dantes and Karylle are ex-lovers. Before the Kapuso actor had his relationship with his wife Marian Rivera, he had a relationship with the singer.
Some controversies also came along with their breakup but that were all in the past. Apparently, they had already moved on and both are happy with their own love life.

On the other hand, the reaction of Dingdong as Ryan mentioned the name of Karylle is quite remarkable.
Everyone on the set took a pause when the name of his ex-girlfriend was heard. Reportedly, Vice was also stunned upon hearing Ryan saying the name of his ‘It’s Showtime’ co-host.
According to the article, Dingdong Dantes’ eyes widened when Ryan Bang mentioned Karylle.
It is for the reason that the actor was not sure if the Korean was just joking or testing him.
On Ryan’s part he explained: “Late na nag-sink-in sa akin ‘yung naging dati pala sila ni Ate Kaye. Kaya para magkaroon uli ng sound effect ang buong set, mabilis kong sinabi na, tinuruan din ako nina Ate Anne, Mommy Vice, Kuya Vhong, Kuya Jhong, lahat ng kasama ko sa It’s Showtime.”
After that, the whole set just laughed.
