Dingdong Dantes, Charo Santos-Concio Work Together in a Project

DINGDONG DANTES – The Kapuso Primetime King reacted to working with former ABS-CBN executive Charo Santos-Concio.

A lot of things have changed in the entertainment industry in the Philippines now. The network war between the ABS-CBN and GMA-7 networks, the two (2) giants in the field, was declared over. There are now several projects that involve a mixture of individuals coming from the giant networks.

Aside from the ABS-CBN noontime variety show It’s Showtime airing in GMA-7 now, Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes is also working on a project with Ms. Charo Santos-Concio, a former executive of the Kapamilya network.

Ms. Charo was the Chief Executive Office or CEO of the ABS-CBN from 2012 to 2016. Aside from being the chief content officer of the Kapamilya network then, she also played roles in several hit projects.

Recently, Dingdong Dantes confirmed that he is working with Ms. Charo Santos-Concio for a movie. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, the Kapuso actor could not express his excitement as it is an honor for him to work with the veteran actress.

“Very, very, super excited, isang karangalan para sa akin makatrabaho ang isang Charo Santos,” the Kapuso star said.

Truly, it is a dream of countless celebrities to be working with Ms. Charo Santos-Concio. She was the face of the decade-long Philippine television drama anthology series Maalaala Mo Kaya or also popularly called MMK which has moved countless people with real life stories.

Even Dingdong Dantes who is a big star in the entertainment industry is elated to work the former executive of ABS-CBN network. His latest movie with his wife, Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera, entitled “Rewind” became a blockbuster hit. Rewind surpassed Hello, Love, Goodbye.

Dong is also looking forward to do another project with Marian. Based on the article, he missed working with his wife in a project and he loves to work with him. The actress is also grateful for the chance to share the screen again with her husband.

“Sabi namin sobrang grateful namin nabigyan kami ng pagkakataon magsama ulit at sa pelikula. Walang hanggang pasasalamat,” the actress said.
