Coco Martin has opened up about his relationship with Julia Montes

Kapamilya primetime action king Coco Martin revealed the reason why he is more open now about his love life with actress Julia Montes.

For the longest time, fans were gushing over the CocoJul interaction because there was no confirmation between the two Kapamilya stars about the real score between them. Then, rumors surfaced that they had been together as a couple for a long time already and that allegedly they started their own family.

The hearts of CocoJul fans were extremely happy when Coco finally admitted that he and Julia had been together for many years already. However, they were not that all-out when it came to sharing details of their relationship.

That relationship confirmation was the start that Coco Martin and Julia Montes were more visible together in events and gatherings.

In a recent interview on Toni Talks, Toni Gonzaga’s YouTube talk show, Coco shared that now that he has become busier, he has more time for his family. Then, he mentioned that this is one thing that Julia admired about him because he managed his time well for his work and his loved ones.

“Honesty, alam naman ng lahat, si Juls (Julia) ano siya, ‘paano mo nagagawa’?” the actor shared. With this, Toni took notice of Coco’s openness now when it comes to his lovelife.

The Ultimate Multimedia Star said that she remembered back in 2015, one could ask anything to Coco, whether it is about his sultry roles or the indie films he did in the past but questions about his love life should not be asked.

Toni said that in the past, they would just talk about Coco’s career, his perseverance to improve his life, and his love life was off limits.

The actor said that he is not actually open about his love life, it is just that there are certain things that he is sharing now. “Ayoko ko naman na ipagkait kay Juls na ni hindi man lang kami makalabas, makakain. Hindi ko man lang siya masuportahan,” Coco said.

Toni said that Coco is now in full support of Julia and mentioned the recent viral photo of the actor giving a bouquet of flowers to his partner during the Saving Grace preview.

The actress-host jokingly said that this is the new Coco and he said while laughing “hindi naman.” He said that before, everything was hidden and even though Julia was not saying anything to him he felt that the actress might have felt that he wanted to keep their relationship private forever.

“Siyempre minsan, alam ko hindi man niya sinasabi sa akin na para bang, ‘ano to, habang buhay na lang na para bang, parang never mo akong…alam mo yun, di ba?” Coco Martin said.
