What’s the beauty in breakup?

There’s a lot but the best thing is having a chance to build yourself and start again. Looking at a bigger picture, you can assess yourself, discover the mistakes and learn from them, and break the pattern.

But in the recent episode of the “Expecially For You” segment of It’s Showtime, one of the hosts, Cianne Dominguez, shared her breakup story. It was a story that touched many but also took them to a surprise because of how unique it was.

She was first asked by Vhong Navarro: “Ano ang mas masakit, ang pinagpalit ka sa lalaki o pinagpalit ka sa babae?”

Cianne gave an answer that was based on her experience and she expressed that it’s more painful to a girl like her when someone leaves you for another man. Based on her, when a person does this, it’s already the end of it – straight and direct.

“Kasi pagka sa babae ka pinagpalit, maiisip mo na ano ba yung wala sa’kin. Parang pwede mo pa mabago. Pwede mo pang mahabol. Pwede ka pang balikan. Pero pag sa lalaki ka pinagpalit, iisipin na wala, wala nang ibang reason,” she shared.

She tried to chase that person and even made a bargain that she can accept it if he’s bi as long as she’s the one he loves. She couldn’t find any problem in this kind of situation. But things already happened.

What’s even mind-blowing is the fact that the person left her for her ex-boyfriend. But she is happy for them and she let’s them be because she respects their choices.
