Kalokalike of Carlos Yulo wins comeback first episode of It’s Showtime segment.

Filipino gymnast Carlos Yulo impersonator won in the first episode of the comeback It’s Showtime segment “Kalokalike Face 4”.

From the Paris Olympics to “It’s Showtime”! Carlos Yulo, the two-time gold medalist of the Paris 2024 Olympics has an impersonator. In the first episode of the Carlos Yulo “Kalokalike” Wins “Kalokalike Face 4” 1st Episode, an It’s Showtime segment, this impersonator joined and won on the first day.

The impersonator is Andres Santos of Marikina City and he left the judges of the segment impressed by his take on the “Maybe This Time” dance challenge. The judges are Bianca Umali, Rufa Mae Quinto and Jugs and Teddy.

He bested the other two contestants –  impersonators of Chloe San Jose, Yulo’s girlfriend, and Kapuso actor Ruru Madrid.

“Kalokalike” is a segment in Showtime which was first introduced in 2012 and ran for three seasons until 2015. Some of the winners were Jonahan Garcia’s Christopher de Leon, Jennifer Catuyong’s Nicki Minaj, and Daniel Aliermo’s Vice Ganda.

This is Kalokalike’s fourth season.

Meanwhile, as a 2-time gold Olympian, Yulo’s incentives now surpassed Php 100 million after Php 3 million reward from Senate and it’s still growing. In a previous article, Yulo said he is not materialistic and actually plans to focus on his gymnastic stuff.

When he was younger, he used to dream to have a car and after winning the Olympics, he got one and now, he doesn’t plan to buy another one. He still doesn’t know what to do but he has a team he can trust on what to do with the money incentives he has received.

Apart from the money, he was also given a fully furnished 3-bedroom unit from Megaworld Corporation. The unit is worth Php 32 million.
