“Bakit hindi na lang ikaw ang kumanta ng theme song ng pelikula mo, tutal horror naman?” ang suggestion ni Vice Ganda kay Anne Curtis, ang lead actress ng Aurora, ang official entry ng Viva Films at Aliud Entertainment sa 44th edition ng Metro Manila Film Festival.
Tinawanan lang ni Anne ang biro ni Vice dahil tanggap niya na hindi siya talaga singer.

Pero kahit magkalaban ang mga movie project nila ni Anne na magkaiba ang genre, magkasabay na nagpo-promote sa It’s Showtime ang dalawa.

Incidentally, unlike Sigaw (2004), wala sa plano ng Aurora director na si Yam Laranas na gumawa ng American version ng pelikula ni Anne.
“Any story naman puwedeng i-adapt into any language, pero for now, ang Aurora is a complete story na I feel, we don’t have to adapt.
“But, yes, we want it to release worldwide in Filipino [with English subtitles],” pahayag ni Yam.
Ang Sigaw ang 2004 suspense-thriller movie ng Regal Entertainment, Inc. na nagkaroon ng Hollywood remake, ang The Echo na pinagbidahan ng American actor na si Jesse Bradford noong 2008.
