Fans of Karylle did not like how she was introduced at a contract signing event

Singer-actress Karylle Yuzon has been a host of the Kapamilya noontime show It’s Showtime and her fans were wondering why she did not have a solo entrance during the the show’s contract signing with GMA Network.

Karylle, fondly called K in the entertainment industry, became a host of the show in 2011. It premiered in 2009. She is one of the oldest hosts of the program with pioneer hosts Vice Ganda, Vhong Navarro, and Anne Curtis.

On March 20, a historic event happened on Philippine television. The Kapamilya show officially signed a contract with GMA Network. It will air on GMA, GTV, and Kapamilya channel, as well as on social media platforms of the show.

During the contract signing event, the hosts of It’s Showtime were introduced and had their red-carpet walk. Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Ogie Alcasid, and Kim Chiu had their solo entrance.

Karylle was introduced with seasoned TV host Amy Perez and they walked on the red carpet together. The singer-actress shared how ecstatic she is to enter the contract signing venue with Tyang Amy.

“Honored to be with my real life Tita, ang Tyang ng Bayan Tita Amy Perez who has been in the noontime game since Kwarta o Kahon!” the wife of Yael Yuzon wrote in the caption of her post.

However, this did not sit well with her fans because, for them, Karylle deserves to have her solo entrance. Her fans pointed out that she has been in the show for many years. A fan said that the singer-actress is an OG host of the show while the other one said that there should be an explanation why she did not had her solo entrance.
