This rumor came after the actress was spotted having her vacation in Italy and spending time with the special man in her life now, actor Richard Gutierrez.

ABS-CBN has already released a statement debunking the rumors that Barbie Imperial is no longer part of Batang Quiapo. It said that the actress, who still has an open communication with Coco Martin and the production, is set to be seen in the coming episode of the series.

In a recent article by entertainment writer Jun Lalin in Abante, shared that a source of their news outlet revealed that Coco reacted to this rumor about Barbie.

“Sabi ng source ng Abante, sinabi nga raw ng isang executive ng ABS-CBN Studios na nagsabi si Coco na nahihiya rin siya kay Barbie at sa kampo ng dalaga dahil sa isyung iyon,” Lalin shared.

The source added that Coco does not really like these kinds of issues. With this, Lalin stressed that Barbie’s rumored removal from Batang Quiapo was just a made-up story.

Meanwhile, in a recent Facebook post, Barbie Imperial lamented the circulation of negativity on social media which is just lies. She encouraged the people not to believe the “paninira” and to stop making creators rich by engaging in their posts.
