Melai Francisco spoofed Anne Curtis in the latest episode of their game show.

“It’s Your Lucky Day” temporarily replaces “It’s Showtime” and Melai Francisco recently made this joke spoofing Anne Curtis.

“It’s Your Lucky Day” is the show currently airing in the slot left by “It’s Showtime” which is currently serving a 12-day suspension. This is hosted by Luis Manzano, Robi Domingo, Jennica Garcia, and Melai Cantiveros.

The other hosts of this show are Shaine Magdayao, Francine Diaz, Seth Fedelin, Long Mejia, Negi, Petit, and Divine Tetay. The show will also have celebrity guest hosts and the first to appear is Bianca Umali.

And recently, in the new episode, Luis and Melai joked about Showtime which made a lot of viewers laugh. He made Melai spoof Anne Curtis by making her do the iconic twirl of the actress before saying “It’s Showtime”.

But Melai’s version was “It’s Short Time”.

“Kung si Anne mayroong ‘It’s Showtime’, kami naman mayroong,” Luis paused and twirled Melai who said after the turn, “It’s Short Time!” based on the video.

Meanwhile, many people online appreciated the chemistry of the IYLD hosts. Many like their dynamics and many people expressed surprise over the hosting skills of Seth and Jennica. These two were accordingly revelations in terms of hosting.

The new show offers a fresh take to the viewers through segments such as “Pang-Ma-Luck-Cashan,” “Luckyng Kalye,” Lucky Pick,” “Pot Luck,” and “Stars for All Seasons”. The show will also be giving away cash prizes and grocery packs in “Luckyng Kalye”.

Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Karylle, Ryan Bang, Jugs Jugueta, and Teddy are the main hosts of Showtime. The Movie and Television Review and Classification Board or MTRCB denied the appeals.

This denial prompted ABS-CBN to not appeal to the higher one. However, they firmly believe that the Kapamilya noontime show did not violate any pertinent law.
