This is what Anne Curtis said about the bashing thrown at new Showtime hosts.
ANNE CURTIS – In a new Showtime episode, Anne Curtis has this message to the bashers of the new hosts of the noontime show.
The Kapamilya noontime show Its Showtime survived the pandemic and the shutdown of the ABS-CBN network. It did stop airing for a while but this show came back stronger and several personalities were also added as hosts.
Currently, the show has 16 hosts – the original mainstays plus the recent additions. Sever are original mainstays since 2009 — Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Karylle, Teddy Corpuz, and Jugs Jugueta while the famous personalities Amy Perez, Kim Chiu, and Ogie Alcasid were also welcomed.
The other hosts added were Jackie Gonzaga, “Kuya Escort” Ion Perez, duo MC and Lassy, and “Showtime Sexy Babe” contestant Cianne de Guzman.
However, not everyone is welcoming to the new hosts of the noontime show.
The conversation started when Vice noticed the great aura of Cianne in the show which was accordingly caused by her Twitter account deactivation. It seems like deactivation her Twitter account gave her peace and great distance from the negative comments of people.
Anne reacted to this and quipped, “Everyone be kind.”
She expressed this several times to the bashers of Cianne, Jackie, and the comedic duo MC and Lassy. She added, “There’s room for everyone here in Showtime.”
Anne added that they welcomed them in the show and it was everyone’s decision to have them. She clarified that it was everyone who decided to keep the new hosts and not just Vice alone. She reiterated to be kind and not to store hatred in their hearts.
