Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray and actor Sam Milby chose to keep their romance hidden from the public until May 2020, when the latter released a polaroid shot of them on his Instagram account. Speculations of an earlier engagement surrounded the couple, especially after the beauty queen tweeted a photo of them in a sea backdrop in Australia in December, captioning it, “Today made me the happiest.”
The celebrity couple revealed their engagement on Thursday, February 16, several weeks after teasing about their impending nuptials.

Catriona Gray shared more engagement photos with Sam Milby on Instagram hours after announcing their engagement, which was taken by freelance photographer Jerick Sanchez. Her oval-cut engagement ring stood out more this time.
On their respective IG accounts, the celebrity couple uploaded the same snap of the two of them about to share a kiss while holding a pair of latte cups in which the words “Mr. Milby” and “Future Mrs. Milby” were written.
“Living in an answered prayer with my best friend. I love you, fiancè (eeeeee) [emojis],” Cat said in the caption.
Cat also uploaded their breathtaking engagement photos at the beach. It came with a caption, “Our best chapter yet.”
