Is Asiaβs Multimedia Star Alden Richards willing to work again with his former loveteam partner Phenomenal Star Maine Mendoza?
Alden and Maineβs tandem was known as AlDub. Their onscreen partnership rose to fame through the Kalyeserye segment in the longest-running noontime show Eat Bulaga. This was somehow a serendipity because their chemistry was not expected to create a big opportunity for both of them.
Together they did series and movies, as well as big endorsement projects. They even had a concert/show AlDub Sa Tamang Panahon at the Philippine Arena back in October 2015.

With their sweetness onscreen, many fans expected that there was something romantic going on between them behind the camera.Β Rumors even surfaced that they were secretly married. The former onscreen partners never became an official couple.
The tandem came to an end when Maine released an open letter to their fans clarifying that there was no romantic relationship between her and Alden.
Another lingering rumor about AlDub was that they had a child. Some die-hard fans have been believing in this. In several instances, both Maine Mendoza and Alden Richards have denied these rumors about them.

When their loveteam became inactive, Alden and Maine hadnβt worked with each other yet. In a recent interview teaser that The Philippine Star entertainment star Dolly Anne Carvajal, she shared Aldenβs statement about Maine. βI am willing to work with Maine Mendoza-Atayde again,β Alden Richards said.
Maine is now happily married to actor-politician Arjo Atayde. Meanwhile, Alden is being linked to his Hello, Love, Again leading lady Kathryn Bernardo. It was rumored that the Kapuso actor started courting the Kapamilya actress. However, rumors recently surfaced that Alden stopped pursuing Kathryn.
