A few days after Heart Evangelista confirmed the good news that she and Marian Rivera have rekindled their relationship, the Kapuso Primetime Queen was finally able to open up about the reconciliation.

In Nelson Canlas’ report on “24 Oras,” Wednesday, Marian said that her heart is happy.

“Nandun ako sa peaceful, na finally in God’s perfect time. Siguro kung ano man ‘yung pinag-uusapan namin behind, siguro ibalato niyo na lang sa amin kasi it’s too personal for us,” she shared.

Close friends and relatives helped pave the way for the two actresses to reconnect.

Heart mentioned that she appreciates Marian. “She has a very strong character but I really appreciate her kindness and just her heart,” she said.

To this, Marian added that these days, it’s better to be at peace.

“Sa buhay natin ngayon, mas masarap na peaceful ka at masaya ka araw-araw na wala kang iniiwasan. Sabi ko nga mabait talaga ang Diyos at ibibigay niya sa’yo ‘yung makakabuti sa’yo,” she added.

As for collaborating in the future, both Marian and Heart expressed that they’re both very busy at the moment. “I think what’s important is in the real world, we’re okay,” Heart said.

“Parang hindi na yata sya natutulog, ako rin hindi na natutulog,” Marian playfull quipped.

“Pero in time, for sure, magkikita kami niyan in time so maraming pagkakataon,” she added.
