LOOK: Heart Evangelista Walks the Paris Fashion Week Runway for Vietnamese Designer Phan Huy
Nervous yet excited to walk the runway, Heart documented the entire experience through her Instagram Stories. The multi-hyphenate style icon even left a playful comment about her height and typed, “Because who said little miss can’t be on the runway?”

Standing at 5′ 2″, Heart has openly talked about her desire to be even a tad bit taller (which is subsequently one of the biggest reasons why she’s constantly in heels), but this proves that height isn’t a hindrance when you’ve got big dreams. Besides, the world’s got Kate Moss, why can’t Heart Evangelista fit into the mix?

The exact dress she wore is actually inspired by Vietnam’s Tam Giang Lagoon, the biggest in Southeast Asia spanning 52 kilometers. The spot is also well known to be a beautiful location for viewing both the sunset and sunrise. Phan Huy actually posted the piece on Instagram prior to the show and captioned, “The collection takes inspiration from the fishing rivers and fishing areas in Central Vietnam. Tam Giang Lagoon is a charming place at sunset where fishermen cast their nets and the undulating water streams glisten in the afternoon sunlight. All of that creates an idyllic beauty.”
