Heart Evangelista opened up about her anxiety about being alone in her latest Instagram Reel.
“Those of you who know me know that I have so much anxiety when I’m by myself. But sometimes, you got to learn how to do new things and explore and to learn for yourself,” Heart said in the video.
To help combat her anxiety, Heart decided to go around Paris by herself, instead of touring with her team.
She started her day with breakfast at Le Meurice, where she had a cappuccino, plus blueberries and granola.
Heart then walked to one of her favorite furniture stores, LECLAIREUR.
“I’m learning to walk alone and being independent and being totally by myself, and I kind of love it,” Heart said.
She ended her day by going to a pet store.
“Hindi naman ako dito titira, but it was so relaxing to see these cuties.” Heart added that the visit reminded her of her cat Pierre and her late dog Casper.
