TIRSO CRUZ – The veteran actor and Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) chairperson reacted to the revelation of Superstar Nora Aunor about her love for him.

One of the most popular actresses in the Philippine showbiz industry and the country’s only Superstar is Nora Aunor. She left a unique unfathomable mark in the field and was even conferred the National Artist for Film and Broadcasting or Broadcast Arts award in June 2022.

Nora Aunor has worked with several veteran actors in her showbiz career. One of them is her former loveteam partner, actor Tirso Cruz. They are collectively called by their fans and supporters “Guy and Pip” – their nicknames.

However, what surprised some people recently was the revelation of Superstar Nora Aunor during her interview on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda. The veteran actress revealed that she fell madly in love with Tirso Cruz. It was one-way street love but she stressed that it still feels good to love.

According to the veteran actress, when they would fight then, she would drink and go to his house but she will not be allowed to enter. The dogs were there barking at her while she’s outside the gate.

Based on an article on Pep, recently, in a press conference, Tirso who is now the chairperson of the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) was asked about his reaction to the revelation of Nora that he is her greatest love.

“That is a story for another presscon,” Tirso jokingly said. When some of the interviewers asserted for an answer, the veteran actor expressed that “show business will always be show business”.

Meanwhile, Tirso Cruz stressed that what Nora Aunor said was a “compliment” and he agreed when Direk Joey Reyes said that he must be flattered.
