Kapamilya actor Sam Milby said that there is also “emotional cheating” and he had an explanation for this.

Sam is one of the most trending celebrities these past few days. It was because of his confirmation that he and Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray indeed broke up. The breakup confirmation came almost a year after their relationship was rumored to have ended.

However, Sam Milby shared that he is no longer friends with the Paubaya singer. Fans speculated that it has something to do with Moira’s issue with Cornerstone Entertainment.

In a recent interview for the movie Everything About My Wife, based on the article in PEP, Sam said that in a relationship, aside from cheating that is done physically, there can also be “emotional cheating.”

He explained that temptations will always be there, especially on social media and something might ignite a feeling in someone, and acting on this means cheating.

“If you are flirting or leading someone on, that’s emotional cheating. If you’re getting past that in a physical manner, that’s obviously cheating,” he said.

He stressed that there are different kinds of cheating but most people think that it is only in the aspect. For him, there is also emotional cheating.

“If you’re married, if you’re giving in, if you’re emotionally attached to the opposite s=x, and you’re giving in to that,” he further explained.

Sam Milby added that this is a way of cheating as well because you are giving part of yourself that you are supposed to give to your significant other. However, the actor does not condemn those who committed cheating in the past but is willing to change. He said that as humans, mistakes are inevitable and that he had a few friends who made this kind of mistake.

If someone who committed cheating shows remorse and makes an effort to change and be better, Sam said that this person deserves a second chance.
