Jam Ignacio flies to Japan after NBI visit
Jellie Aw is “getting better” after mauling incident.
Jam Ignacio secretly went to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) office on February 21, 2025.

According to a GMA News report, Jam appeared before NBI director Jaime Santiago and other agency officials.

This was after Jam failed to show up on the scheduled date when he was supposed to go to the NBI office, on February 20, in connection with a complaint of physical abuse by his fiancée Jellie Aw.

Based on the overheard conversation between Jam and Santiago, the NBI will file a complaint in court and only then will Jam file a counter-affidavit

This was also stated by Jam’s legal counsel, Atty. Oscar Karaan, who said that they are ready to appear before any fiscal’s office should the complaint be filed there.

Jam’s legal counsel stated on February 20 in ABS-CBN News: “We already sent a letter to the NBI that my client will no longer appear during the hearing to be conducted by the NBI.

“The NBI can just refer the matter to the appropriate fiscal’s office with jurisdiction over the case and then we’ll answer the case that will be filed against my client.”

At that time, Jam’s lawyer was hoping that the two camps would be able to work things out.

“My client, he is trying to mend with his girlfriend so that it can be settled out of court or out of the fiscal’s office so that it doesn’t take too long because they are celebrating on social media.

“It doesn’t need to get to that point. Because this is a matter that they can settle between themselves.”JAM IGNACIO IN JAPAN
February 22, 2025, Jam uploaded a series of updates about himself on his Instagram Stories.

It turns out that Jam flew to Japan after visiting the NBI office.

Jam first shared a photo of an airplane wing indicating that he was in the air.

He followed this with a picture of the train station on the Keihin-Tohoku Line, which connects the cities of Saitama, Kawaguchi, Tokyo, Kawasaki, and Yokohama in Japan.

Jam also showed the dishes he ordered—ramen and gyoza.

Meanwhile, Jam has yet to make a new statement after apologizing to Jellie for beating her.

But Jellie has maintained that she will not marry Jam even though she has supposedly forgiven him.

Jellie stated in an interview on February 21, “There will be no more weddings or things we talked about because of what happened.”

Jellie also said that Jam’s excuse that he was just full and that he was so tired that he hurt and beat his girlfriend is unacceptable.

The club DJ said: “He couldn’t just be full, huh.

“What if I give him a second chance, what if he gets full of me again, he’ll do it again, even worse?”

In Jellie’s latest statement, she said: “I’m getting better.

“If you can see, I still have a bruise on my eye and my tooth is still broken.

“But I already have a dentist appointment on Tuesday so he can do it.

“My lip, it’s okay. The wound is dry.”

Although it seems like the two can’t get their old relationship back, Jellie and Jam still follow each other on Instagram.
