Recently, the online community has been abuzz with rumors that Kim Chiu might leave her position as host of the popular show *It’s Showtime*. The reason comes from the comments that the actress was treated badly on TV, especially by Vice Ganda. Is this true, or just baseless speculation from netizens?
As one of the key hosts of *It’s Showtime*, Kim Chiu always brings positive energy and joy to the show. However, in recent weeks, the audience has noticed that she has been quieter, with fewer outstanding interactive moments than before. This has made many people wonder whether she is having problems behind the scenes.
In addition, clips circulating on social media have also sparked controversy. Some viewers believe that Vice Ganda sometimes has words or actions that make Kim Chiu feel uncomfortable. Some of Kim’s fans even expressed their displeasure, saying that the actress was not treated fairly on the show.
Vice Ganda is known for his humorous and straightforward personality and often teases his colleagues on stage. However, his jokes can sometimes be misunderstood by others. There were moments on the show when Vice seemed to go a bit “overboard” when talking about Kim Chiu, causing her to laugh awkwardly.
However, some loyal fans of *It’s Showtime* said that this was just the show’s familiar style. Vice Ganda and Kim Chiu have a close relationship, so teasing each other is completely normal. They believe that there is no serious discord between the two.
The online community is clearly divided into two opinions. Some believe that Kim Chiu was really uncomfortable with Vice Ganda’s treatment on TV, while others think that this is just an overstatement from some overzealous fans.
**”If Kim Chiu feels that she is being treated badly, she should leave the show. She deserves more respect!”** – One netizen commented.
**”People are exaggerating. Vice Ganda and Kim Chiu are still close friends, nothing serious!”** – Another person spoke out to refute.
Currently, Kim Chiu has not responded to these rumors. However, her fans are eagerly waiting for an official explanation. If the rumors about the rift between her and *It’s Showtime* are true, this will be a big shock for the show.
Is Kim Chiu really leaving *It’s Showtime*? Or is it all just a misunderstanding from the moments on TV? Let’s wait for the official answer from the insider!

Listening to the whisper of a heart full of dreams, Sofronio Vasquez stepped onto the stage. Even though success was elusive, he did not stop traveling, until his dreams took him to the world stage. All over the world, he demonstrated the skill of the Filipino.
Now that he is returning to his first home, a hero’s welcome has been prepared by the entire ‘Showtime’ family for the pride of Tawag Ng Tanghalan. Sofronio kept his promise that “It’s Showtime” would be his first stop on his return to the Philippines after becoming the first Asian champion of The Voice USA, under the mentorship of Michael Bublé
Sofronio could not hide his emotions as soon as the ‘It’s Showtime’ stage opened. He prepared a powerful performance with TNT champs JM Yosures, Lyka Estrella, Rea Gen Villareal, Reiven Umali, JM Dela Cerna and Marielle Yosures, and TNT jurados Nyoy Volante, Klarisse De Guzman, Yeng Constantino, and Darren Espanto.
Sofronio became even more emotional when he was interviewed by the ‘Showtime’ family led by Vice Ganda and when he looked back on his journey from TNT to The Voice USA. Sofronio expressed his sincere gratitude to “It’s Showtime” and “Tawag Ng Tanghalan” for first making it possible for the entire country and the entire world to hear his voice. According to Sofronio, although he did not become a champion on TNT, “It’s Showtime” still gave him many opportunities such as being a vocal trainer. That’s why the ‘kapatids’ on TNT are very proud of him, who once called him ‘coach.’

There’s a new game that will entertain the Madlang People! In “Act Lang ‘To,” the ‘Showtime’ hosts will act to convince the players that they are the ‘actors’ they are looking for in each round. The players for today’s video are young actors who are talented and handsome–Miguel Tanfelix, Kokoy de Santos, Bruce Roeland, Raheel Bhyria, and Antonio Vinzon. They also included co-star Diana Zubiri.
In the first round, the acting skills of Ryang Bang, Teddy Corpuz, and MC were tested. Based on the actions and acting of the three hosts, the players had to guess who was really sitting on the block of ice.
It seems that not only players but also Vhong Navarro, Kim Chiu, and Ogie Alcasid were challenged in Round 2 where one of them was wearing boots with slime. Was Kim’s high-energy acting more effective, Ogie’s funny behavior, or Vhong’s nonchalant reaction?
Who among Vice Ganda, Darren Espanto, and Jackie Gonzaga is the one holding a live cockroach?
As the new year begins, the dreams of students who want to become champions will be rekindled. Before the upcoming “Huling Tapatan” of Tawag Ng Taghalan The School Showdown, 15 students will return and face the intense challenge of “Resbakbakan.”
Every day for a week, three resbakers will face off and only one will rise, until the Top 3 are chosen to march to the end. One of them will be named the Ultimate Resbaker.
Silliman University contestant Jebros Maglite had a great time on stage, singing “Superstar.” Did Jebros’ grandmothers’ request to the judges work?
“We’ll love you tomorrow,” Francine Doroin joked. According to judge Nyoy Volante, the Marinduque State University student’s runs and high notes were great.
Judge Erik Santos, on the other hand, saw that Chester Gultia of the University of Mindanao Tagum College didn’t waste his second chance on the TNT stage. Chester sang “I Surrender.”
Chester was named Top 1 today. Stay tuned for his return in the next round, and also watch out for the other contestants who will be participating in “Tawag Ng Tanghalan The School Showdown.
