Through her Instagram Story, Gretchen posted two screenshots of a YouTube video containing a recorded phone conversation between Kris and Nicko.
In the uploaded YouTube video, the actress/host/web star can be heard threatening her former managing director.
The video, titled “Kris Aquino vs. Nicko Falcis RECORDED CONVERSATION!” was uploaded on Monday, January 14.
Gretchen placed three broken-heart emojis in the first screenshot.
Aside from the emojis, there are no other captions.
In the second screenshot, the part of the screenshot containing the video’s subject is circled: “Kris Aquino to Nicko Falcis: ‘PAPAPATAY KA NG PAMILYA KO’ recorded conversation.”
FIRST POST
On Saturday, January 5, Gretchen posted on Instagram and showed support for Nicko in his feud with Kris.
In the caption of the post, Gretchen said that she admires Nicko for telling the truth and fighting for his reputation and family.
Gretchen’s caption was also meaningful: “No to bullies!!!! STOP POWER TRIPPING”
In the comments section of Kris’ post on January 5, a web star netizen responded about Gretchen siding with Nicko.
Kris said she was just “sorry” about it, because she valued Gretchen’s campaigning more for her mother, former President Cory Aquino, in 1986.
THE ISSUE
Nicko also served as Kris’ talent agent and endorsement closer for 18 months.
Kris accused Nicko of allegedly robbing her of PHP1.2 million, due to Nicko’s unauthorized use of KCAP’s credit card.
In connection with this, Kris filed a complaint against him for 44 counts of Qualified Theft on October 12, 2018.
Nicko vehemently denied this in his Counter-Affidavit, and accused Kris of threatening her life.
