Lito Lapid breaks silence over rumored romance with Lorna Tolentino
MANILA, Philippines — Actor and Senator Lito Lapid broke his silence over his rumored romance with actress Lorna Tolentino.
In a report by Pilipino Star Ngayon, Lito denied that he has an affair with Lorna.
“Sa showbiz, siguro ako na ang pinakamatandang may ka-loveteam. Mabuti tinatanggap pa ‘ko, eh lolo na ‘ko, eh. Senior citizen na, tinatanggap pa rin na may ka-loveteam ako. Isang karangalan ‘yan.
“Icon na nga ako pagkatapos ni Eddie Garcia, eh. Pagkatapos ni Eddie Garcia, ako na ang pinakamatandang action star, kung tutuusin, 70 na po tayo at tinatangkilik pa rin.
“Parang ang tingin ko, teenager pa kami, ‘yung PrimAnda (Primo and Amanda), ang lakas-lakas, laging pinag-uusapan. Nagpapasalamat din ako sa pamilya ko, naiintindihan nila ang trabaho ko,” he said.
Lito then admitted the real score between them.
“Si Lorna, single siya. Pwede siyang mag-boyfriend, pwede siyang mag-asawa. Eh ako, hindi na ako pwede. ‘Yung sa amin, kiliti na lang bilang love team. Kasi nga, may asawa ako, nakatali ako,” he said.
