Sharon Cuneta Makes It Clear That She Won’t Leave Abs-Cbn!
Actress-singer Sharon Cuneta has made it clear that she is still not jumping to the other side of the fence amid the controversy over her becoming the host of the longest-running noontime show Eat Bulaga.
According to Sharon in her exclusive chat with Jun Lalin on “Anything Goes,” she said that she will not leave the Kapamilya Network but as long as she doesn’t have a project from ABS-CBN, she is open to working with another network.
“I love my Kapamilya so much… I am a Kapamilya. So, while I’m away, if someone else comes along, don’t be surprised if I accept it first,” Sharon clarified.
It can be recalled that after 35 years as a Kapamilya, Sharon Cuneta revealed in an Instagram post that she is now just a free agent.
She is reportedly ready to work with another network while she doesn’t have a project from ABS-CBN.
“While I will always be there when they need me and will always be grateful, I guess it is understandable that I for now consider myself a free agent.”It’s time I opened myself up to other stations that may need my services, while always keeping my Kapamilya ‘duties’ if and when they come,” Sharon said then.
