Nadine Lustre felt scared losing her limelight in the showbiz industry

Nadine Lustre admitted that she had a fear that she might suddenly disappear from the limelight of showbiz during the height of the lockdown caused by the pandemic. She also said that in the year 2020, she experienced the lowest point of her life because of the series of trials that were given to her, and had to fight.

The actress, 27, spoke on the topic in a conversation with her friend, entrepreneur and motoring expert Angie Mead King, in the latter’s December 23 vlog.

According to Nadine, she has not done many projects this year compared to previous years where she really has almost no rest because she works every day.

“I just came from months of life stress, pressure and all that. I wasn’t getting as much projects. So I had not much work. I was really struggling. “I was thinking to myself na parang, ‘S***, wala akong work,’ so I might, you know, eventually be a ‘has been’ or, you know, that kind of thing.”,Nadine stated.

For Nadine, the pandemic taught people a lot of things.

“I believe it gave us time to look inside,Kasi the last five years, I’ve been grinding lang like every day, working non-stop, always busy, no pause. So there’s really no time to think what it is that you want and who you really are. And I lost sight of that.”

Now, she knows herself and she already knows what she wants.
