Belle Mariano Says She Is *Loyal* To #DonBelle: ‘I can’t see myself being paired with anyone else’
‘Both of us are very supportive with each of our passion and what we love doing.’
After Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano‘s smash hit TV series He’s Into Her and record-breaking movie Love is Color Blind, the 19-year-old actress revealed in the virtual press conference for her episode “Swap” in the digital anthology series Click, Like, Share that she isn’t used to not working with Donny.
“Right now, I can’t see myself being paired up with anyone else,” she declared.
ICYDK, Belle’s episode in Click, Like, Share marks the first time that she will be seen without Donny on screen ever since their two majorly successful projects.
“Yes, of course nasanay ako kasi several projects, I’ve done [them] with him. Siyempre, somehow naninibago din ako coming from He’s Into Her na kasama ko siya and Love is Color Blind. And now naman sa Click, Like, Share iba naman yung kasama ko. Somehow, it was a good challenge for me since dito nga kasama ko madami rin akong natututunan sa kanila and sobrang natutuwa ako pag dun sa mga kasama ko madami akong natututunan,” she explained further.
The young actress also shared that though she wasn’t with Donny in the series, she thoroughly enjoyed working with her new co-stars like Nikki Valdez and former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Shanaia Gomez. “I’m also happy that I get to do this project with my co-Rise Artists Studio member Shanaia Gomez and meet new actors as well. I get to learn as well. Natutuwa ako na I was given this opportunity,” she noted.
Belle also said that both she and Donny were very supportive of each other, so working apart was okay for her. “When it comes to both of our passions naman, me and Donny… we’re both very supportive of one another,” she concluded.
