Kim Chiu expresses pride and joy in her siblings’ growth and achievements

Words can’t describe how proud and happy I am for you and your life right now.”

These were the words of Kim Chiu as she got reunited with her brother, John Paul Chiu, who traveled home for the holidays from Canada.

“I can’t express enough how proud I am of the amazing individual you’ve become. John, watching you soar high and work so hard for your dreams fills me with so much joy and pride. You’ve grown into a responsible, thoughtful, and selfless person-not just for yourself but for the people you love, like Gill (John’s partner),” Kim Chiu posted on her Instagram page.

The It’s Showtime host was all praises for her brother’s maturity. She also expressed her appreciation for his generosity.

The little brother I used to know has transformed into a man who’s no longer the ‘baby’ of the family. You even fight me to pay the bill now and treat me to dinner-simple gestures that make me teary-eyed because they remind me of how much you’ve matured,” she said.

She went on: “I just wish we had more time together and created even more wonderful memories. I love you, my captain Alfa One Charlie! Keep soaring; the sky is yours to conquer. @alfa1charlie.”

John is currently a professional pilot in Canada.

The Kapamilya actress also expressed her gratitude to her sister, Twinkle Chiu, for spending time with her and John during the holiday season.

“To sissy Twinx, thank you for taking leave to look after JP. Life is blessing you so beautifully right now, and seeing you happy and thriving fills my heart with gratitude and love. You deserve all the wonderful things coming to you. @twinklechiu,” she said.

Kim remarked that she’s proud of her siblings and the life they have led.

“Mama must be so proud of both of you🤍, just as I am.❤️ If she were here, she’d be smiling ear to ear, seeing the strong, kind, and responsible individuals you’ve grown into. As for me, I’m over here with my Kimkim heart bursting with love and admiration, wishing we had more time together,” she said.
